Our customer was searching for an established property that he could easily improve upon himself in the near future. Budget was in excess of $750,000.
Property Details
The property we found for our client was located in the suburb of Goodna, about 25 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD. It was an established 3 bedroom property on a block of land 1052 m2. The property already had approval in place for a sub division and the existing property did not need to be removed or relocated. This meant there was a great deal of potential capital growth with relatively low costs.
Negotiations
The asking price for the property was $700,000, however I was able to secure a $46,000 reduction in the price to $756,000.
