Property Renovation
Brisbane Buyers Agent Property Renovation work to properties purchased through me and is now going through minor renovations. This property was purchased 2 years ago by a young couple looking for a property that could be rented out as is but improved at a later date.
This is a very nice property in the suburb of Mitchelton, 9 kilometers North West of the Brisbane CBD. The suburb has a very good rail and bus network, with a short 20-minute train ride into the city, makes this suburb very popular.
The work involved in the minor renovation was a roof replacement. The old roof was asbestos sheeting, not the most attractive roof but then, that’s why we purchased the property.
Outcome
A significant lift in the appearance and valuation of the property and some happy long term tenants who don’t have to worry about leaks or asbestos anymore.
