I can provide and manage additional external services should you decide to purchase a property that you have found yourself. It is imperative that if you are purchasing a property in Brisbane that you conduct a full building and pest inspection of the property prior to going unconditional on the contract. This process can be completed within 7 days.

Inspection service fees need to be paid prior to any inspection
